Century Lodge 492 Scholarships

1.)  Applicant must demonstrate involvement in community service and volunteerism.

2.)  Applicant must be a high school or college student who resides in or attends school in 

      Carpentersville, Illinois.

3.)  Applicant must be accepted to and planning to attend a college or attending college in the

       award year.

4.)   Awardees' biographical information and images may be shared for promotional and/or 

        media releases.

5.)  Century Lodge 492 members and their families are not eligible.

6.)   Applications must be received by XXXX, 2026.

7.)  Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time the scholarship is awarded.

8.)   Applicants must maintain a "B" average or better GPA at the time the scholarship is awarded.
